Katrina Niederer, President

Katrina Niederer is President of Medora Executive Search, where she partners with clients in the Technology, Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors to identify and recruit top-tier executive talent. With a reputation as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, Katrina provides expert guidance on market trends, advanced search methodologies, talent assessment, and inclusive hiring strategies. She is particularly passionate about tackling the most challenging searches, leveraging her background in strategic research to uncover 'unicorn' candidates. 

Before founding Medora in 2024, Katrina led global executive recruiting for Technology and Engineering at GE HealthCare. She also served as an Executive Recruiter and Researcher at Amazon, where she led executive recruiting efforts for sales, marketing, and global services roles for AWS.

Katrina began her executive search career in the Consumer sector at Russell Reynolds Associates in Chicago, where she was trained by industry leaders and spearheaded research for President & CEO roles as well as executive-level positions across marketing, merchandising, and operations.
